Sopapilla Cheesecake

2 cans croissant biscuits

2 packages cream cheese, softened

2 cups sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

1/3 cup butter, melted

2 teaspoons cinnamon


1. Line the bottom of a 9 x 13 dish with 1 can of biscuits.

2. Set aside 1/2 cup sugar. Whip cream cheese with 1 1/2 cups sugar and vanilla. Spread over biscuit layer in dish.

3. Use the remaining can of biscuits to spread out over the top layer.

4. Melt butter. Pour over biscuits.

5. Sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon over top.

6. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
